Leeds fail to get points back

An independent panel ruled that the league hadn't acted unfairly when docking Leeds the 15 points, with the penalty being a punishment for breaching insolvency rules.

The decision could have implications for Luton next season, although it's difficult to say how it will affect Luton next season, as both clubs' situations were different at the time of going into administration. However, as the league seem to make their own rules up as they go along, we'll soon see how the decision will affect us.
