Ex-Hatters move to new clubs

Full-back/centre-back Dave Bayliss has moved to recently relegated Wrexham and full-back Ian Hillier has moved to Welsh side Newport County. Newport are currently in the Conference South, and Wrexham are in League Two. The moves will see Dave face his ex-club Rochdale next season, and Ian will be able to move back to his home country, for whom he was an ex-U21 international.

The official website has also confirmed that Bjorn de Wilde has started training with Luton, with a view to a more permanent arrangement if he impresses the coaching staff. Another player who has agreed to train with us is Paul Dalglish. Paul is the son of Kenny Dalglish and has played for Norwich, Newcastle and Wigan. Apparently, Paul has Premiership experience, although hopefully that isn't the same type of Premiership experience that his namesake Paul Hughes has.

In addition, the official website has announced that the match with Sheffield Wednesday has been moved to Friday 23rd September for the T.V cameras. It will now be played at 7.45pm.
