Enoch: Departs the club after three years.
The Nigerian international, who has scored 16 goals in over 100 appearances for Luton, albeit mostly as a substitute. Enoch has signed a two year contract with Bristol City, who have also signed Fulham's Liam Fontaine. Enoch was out of contract at the end of the season.

His appearance and goals tally only tell part of his story however. Despite only previously having amateur experience with Willesden Constantine, Enoch offered his services to Luton for free in the season after Gurney took over. In this time he was only payed expenses, and despite his ability being questionable, his effort was always 110%, and he certainly wasn't the worst player we have ever seen at Luton. He started to prove himself in 2004. After scoring in the LDV Vans against Rushden & Diamonds in November 2003, he scored his first goal in a proper competition against Colchester in February in the league. He then put in a man of the match performance against Brighton before scoring a second-half hat-trick against Brentford. These performances saw him named Powerade League One Player of the Month for February, and also saw him earn his first professional contract.

His second season at Luton was restricted mainly to substitute appearances because of the signing of Rowan Vine, however Enoch still popped up with late goals against Chesterfield and new club Bristol City that contributed towards the League One title. He scored a total of 7 goals that season, but was still criticised by many Luton fans for not looking good enough at times, despite his effort being 110% every time. Luton's first season back in the Championship saw Enoch's appearances restricted further. He was also played in a midfield role, where we never really saw the best out of him, and he only managed one goal in the Championship.

A move was probably the best option for both parties - Newell can now look to improve the squad with one less player in the squad, whereas Enoch can revive his career in Bristol. All of us here at Hatters MAD would like to thank Enoch for all of his goals at Luton, his efforts for the club and for playing for us for free whilst we were in administration.
