Defenders Ian Hillier, David Bayliss, Alan Neilson and midfielder Lee Mansell have been released by Luton Town Football Club today. Hillier, Bayliss and Mansell all played for Oxford United reserve team yesterday and could be offered contracts by them. Ian Hillier and David Bayliss also spent time on loan at Chester City earlier in the season, although as Ian Rush has been replaced by Keith Curle as manager, it is unlikely that they will sign for Chester.

In other news, the club have confirmed that they are interested in signing Rowan Vine permanently but the decision rests with Portsmouth. Russell Perrett and Peter Holmes will both be offered new contracts next week and Steve Howard has already been offered a new contract but the club hasn't yet had a response from him.
